Operations Manager

Serving the Far North Coast NSW community since 1974, the North Coast Radiology Group has prided itself on its reputation for quality care and service.

The group now seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead the organisation through an exciting period of change and development.

The North Coast Radiology Group is independently owned, comprising 12 locations, in both private practice and hospital settings. All medical imaging modalities are represented including multi-slice CT, state of the art ultrasound, licensed MRI, comprehensive nuclear medicine, general and dental radiography, mammography, “Breastscreen” and bone densitometry. A large interventional service is also offered, including an angiography suite in our newly opened cardiovascular unit.

Working collaboratively with the Board of Governance and senior management team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the organisation, with a particular emphasis on strategic planning, management and leadership to ensure profitable, efficient and effective performance.

To be successful, you are likely to be renowned for your business acumen and your ability to drive change and successfully support the operations and administration of Boards. You will also have had experience in planning and managing projects to achieve positive business outcomes.

Experience in the medical imaging or health industry would be very advantageous.

This position will be based on the far North Coast of NSW, an area which offers beautiful surf beaches, a pristine rural environment, and an abundance of cultural, artistic and sporting interests.
